| It's
an exciting time at BG Realtors! We're expecting to break ground
on our 2,300 sq.ft. expansion in early 2010. The project is a remodel/expansion
of our existing building that will include a total redo of the current
facade to match the new addition to create a continuous "storefront"
office and retail space. The addition will include a 1,000 sq.ft.
space that will house the BG "I T Dept." a.k.a. Access
Technologies, 5 offices, a restroom, and 500 sq.ft conference/training
room on the lower level. The individual offices will range in size
from 140 to 210 sq.ft. and be available for lease to individual
agents or teams, as needed. Private desks will also be available
for lease if desired. |
